Meet Emmanuelle Chef Instructor


Emmanuelle Caumont is the founder of EIGO, (Emmanuelle International Gourmet Organization) inLas Vegas culinary experience company offering hands-on cooking classes, private chef events, team-building experiences, molecular gastronomy classes, and premium chocolate for B2B clients.


Originally from France, classically trained Chef Emmanuelle, brings global flavors, classic technique, creativity, and warm hospitality to every experience. Her classes are designed for food lovers, families, corporate teams, date nights, and private celebrations.

Awards and Background

Chef Emmanuelle is an award-winning culinary instructor and private chef. She earned First Place honors at the Tri-Valley Bay Area Culinary Excellence Awards from 2001 to 2003 and has been recognized for her creative approach to poultry, meat, seafood, and international cuisine. 



Her culinary story is also rooted in family. Growing up around the restaurant world, including her family’s connection to  Victor Bergeron, founder of Trader Vic’s and creator of the famous Mai Tai cocktail. Vic helped shape her love for hospitality, bold flavors, and memorable dining experiences. She attended Hotel Restaurant Management School in Toulouse, France.

Our cooking school is located in the heart of Summerlin, by the TPC. Just 20 minutes away from the strip makes it easy for our guests to immerse themselves in the culinary culture of the city.
